Arbitration:

The SOLIT Group endeavors to settle any disputes amicably with its clients. It is under no obligation to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body and is generally not willing to do so. If a dispute cannot be settled amicably with a client, the SOLIT Group will make a final decision on whether to participate in a dispute-resolution procedure on the merits of the individual case and will inform the client accordingly in the form required by law.

In the event of any disputes in connection with contracts entered into electronically, consumers may also utilize the European Union’s online dispute resolution platform (www.ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). The parties are then referred to a competent national arbitration body. This does not prejudice the parties’ rights to take judicial action.
